It is not so much for its beauty that the forest makes a claim upon men's hearts, as for that subtle something, that quality of air that emanation from old trees, that so wonderfully changes and renews a weary spirit.
Our camp consist of a helipad, 3 large camping ground accommodating 300 over night guest. followed by a three storied building area of 18000 sft ,4500 sft veranda facing a private lake including all common services like reception, restaurant, cafeteria and lobby. The Eco residences consisting more than 15 cottages and rooms features excellent views of the surrounding landscape with a eco conference facilities for 300 guest followed by Two large tree house for tree top living and observation .
Our Camp is immersed in the jungle, providing constant opportunities to experience the impact that we have on our environment.
To build an appreciation of sustainability, our campers start small by thinking locally, they reacquaint themselves
with the environment and rebuild their symbiotic relationship with it. Day-by-day, our community develops a strong bond with nature. By making it part of who we are, we feel inclined to nourish it, compelled to respect it and empowered to care for it now and forever .

Yoga And the mindfulness course at mati-ta
It's hard to be a kid today.
Children deal with many distraction, temptation, overstimulation and peer pressure. Schools are challenged to do more with less and be creative in how they reach even the most isolated child.
Yoga is a low-cost, helpful tool that can have a positive impact on children.
Here are some of the many benefits to teaching yoga to kids:

overnight camp
Join us for a week full of adventure and authentic experiences that engage the heart as you grow into a deeper relationship with your Savior. Discover your passions, find your identity, and live life purposefully from the heart. With graduated, adventure-based programming for kids from rising 4th grade all the way through rising 12th, it’s an unforgettable week full of opportunity and challenge.
Must we always teach our children with books? Let them look at the mountains and the stars up above. Let them look at the beauty of the waters and the trees and flowers on earth. They will then begin to think, and to think is the beginning of a real education.
Thank you for coming!
We would like to express our sincerest gratitude to you from team mati-ta.

We offer programs for children, families, school groups, and corporate with a range of fun activities that challenges campers physically, intellectually and emotionally towards Sustainable living
We prepare students to become leaders and citizens who understand how the natural world works, see the patterns that connect human activity to nature, and have the knowledge, values, and skills to act effectively on that understanding.
we offer programs for children, families, school groups, and corporation with a range of fun activities that challenges campers physically, intellectually and emotionally.
Ask Yourselves: “What are YOU doing to make the world a better place?” Unless we are willing to encourage our children to reconnect with and appreciate the natural world, we can’t expect them to help protect and care for it.
Empowering them to be “Green Leaders.”
We believe that education is the key to sustainability. Camp Matita offers workshops in areas that we feel most passionate about, such as food production, permaculture gardening, and waste management. Our goal is to bring people together in sustainable practices and build community!
How long can men thrive between walls of brick, walking on asphalt pavements, breathing the fumes of coal and of oil, growing, working, dying, with hardly a thought of wind, and sky, and fields of grain, seeing only machine-made beauty, the mineral-like quality of life?
Every day we make choices that affect the environment, the climate, and other species. We feel that making small, conscious efforts to live a green lifestyle makes a big impact on our planet. Sustainable living simply means being aware of our resource consumption and reducing unnecessary waste.
Here are just a few of our efforts to live a green lifestyle:
By nurturing ‘Green Skills’ in our students we prepare them for their journey as learners for the rest of their lives. Students learn these skills through every part of our program, including projects, activities and lessons.
It’s the time to encourage Your Child to unplug and go outside to Play.
There is new life in the soil for everyone. There is healing in the trees for tired minds and for our overburdened spirits, there is strength in the hills, if only we will lift up our eyes. Remember that nature is your greatest restorer.
Let’s teach our current and next generation how to heal the planet one garden at a time! Campers will develop nature awareness, learn earth sciences and how to grow food for themselves and their community.

reduce
Reduce, reuse, recycle is a mantra we can all live by to help keep our planet clean. By reducing the amount of stuff we use, reusing what we can, and recycling what we can’t, we can make a big impact on the amount of waste we produce. It’s easy to do your part – every little bit helps!

A companion
We educate for Sustainability, through community-integrated, entrepreneurial learning, in a wall-less, natural environment.
Everyone wants to be a star and ham it up for friends and family. We provides training and education that builds confidence and social skills through active learning expeditions ,inspiring character development, self-discovery and service outside the classroom to experience adventure and challenge in a way that will help them realize they can do more than they thought possible.
It's time to make a change. For too long, we have relied on plastic to make our lives easier. But now we know the truth: plastic is polluting our planet and harming our health. It's time to kick our plastic habit. We can start by saying no to single-use plastics like straws, shopping bags, and water bottles. Bring your own reusable bags and water bottles when you go shopping or out for a walk. Say no to plastic wrap and disposable coffee cups. We can also help by recycling the plastic we do use. Recycle plastic bottles, containers, and packaging. And if you see litter, pick it up and recycle it. Together, we can make a difference. Let's say no to plastic and make our world a healthier, cleaner place.

Believe me, our journey has not been a simple journey of progress. There have been many ups and downs, and it is the choices that we made at each of those times that have helped shape what we have achieved.
There were three types of biomimicry - one was copying form shapes of nature, another was copying a process, like photosynthesis in a leaf, and the third one was mimicking at an ecosystem's level, like building a nature-inspired retreat .
